Greystone Outdoor Decor strives to ensure your products are delivered in original new working conditions. In regards to all fire bowls, we take the utmost care to ensure they are packed and protected for shipment. In the event you receive your product and find it has been damaged we ask you to take a picture of the product and email it to us. We will work immediately to correct the issue.
Due to the work and effort to cast and make your new fire bowl Greystone Outdoor Décor can only accept a reasonable refund before the product is cast. Once tracking is sent to you via UPS, Fed Ex or Freight Greystone Outdoor Décor cannot process a refund unless you the customer pay for any or all costs to ship the product back to the original location and in the original not used condition. After inspection of the returned product, it will be inspected for any damages or use. After reviewing the returned product or products Greystone Outdoor Décor has 30 days to refund the cost of the particular item along with a 40% re-stocking fee.
Greystone Outdoor Decor will not be held accountable for the late delivery of any products from our vendors. Timelines are a projection given by our 3rd party vendors and can change daily. All over-the-phone orders and online orders taken have the customer mentioned within Authorization to process full payment of the invoice once tracking of any part of your order is emailed to you including but not limited to hardware that goes along with your order.
All customers must fill out an online order request agree to the terms and conditions and create an online account.
No Risk Ordering Details:
Greystone Outdoor Decor No Risk Ordering will apply to all components within the website of Greystone Outdoor Decor excluding these products. Concrete Fire Bowls, GFRC Fire Bowls, all Fire and Water Bowls, Copper Fire Bowls, DIY Fire Pits, 360 Fire and Water Bowls.
The offer of No Risk Ordering is detailed within authorized by you the customer and in agreement to allow Greystone Outdoor Decor to pre-authorize your credit card and to process your credit card once tracking has been emailed or submitted to you for any part of your order for the total amount listed on your invoice including any fire bowls that maybe a part of your order.
Any litigation, filings/disputes, or hearings are to be arbitrated and held in Clark County, Nevada, City of Las Vegas. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greystone Outdoor Decor or any of their employees of any wrongdoing verbal or written.
The customer will not seek any damages or losses financially from Greystone Outdoor Décor civil, personal, or any property, financially or monetarily. The customer (you) will not arbitrarily commence any sort of chargeback if a credit card was used to process your order.
In the event, that a chargeback is commenced by the purchaser without every effort to resolve the issue Greystone Outdoor Décor reserves the right to pursue legal actions at the purchaser's cost.
Greystone or governing company Backyard Envy acknowledges customers will not disparage Greystone Outdoor Decor or its employees in any way, media, verbal, written, or social media in a negative view if products are taking more time than projected.
Greystone Outdoor Decor holds the rights to uphold these terms, conditions, and agreement at the Customer's expense, and by agreement to do business with Greystone Outdoor Decor the customer (You) agrees to these terms and is aware of any legal obligations by doing so.
